Long title

An Act to establish National ID credentials and a refugee identification class; provide for civil registration, legal names, credential security, flexible credential designs and variants, digital registration and verification, continuous credential histories and issuance fees; establish security standards for official digital services; require identification for specified electoral and firearms purposes, subject to public approval; and amend Titles 2 and 7 of the Civil Code of the Totemian Empire.
