Pilot Infrastructure and Agriculture Grants Act of 2026

Long title

An Act to establish temporary pilot public grant funds for public lighting, metro renovation and expansion, blue ice transit construction, and agricultural development; to authorize the transfer of money from the Reserve Fund into dedicated Ministry of Infrastructure grant funds; to regulate grant applications, spending, auditing, material pricing, project direction, and project reporting; and to provide for the expiration, closure, and return of unused grant funds.
