Long title

An Act to regulate time-limited public funding, automatic reversion of unexpended money, and statutory fiscal notices; establish parliamentary financial inspection, investigations, hearings, testimony, and production of evidence; establish the Statutes at Large of the Totemian Empire, the hierarchy and codification of parliamentary enactments, and delegated clerical correction; provide for a unified national judiciary and the concurrent enforcement of applicable Imperial, subnational, and local law; and amend the Constitution and Titles 1, 2, 3, and 5 of the Civil Code of the Totemian Empire.
