An Act to designate the Capitol Annex as the overall parliamentary complex; provide Parliament with the Elara Building and Lerpn’s Annex; secure basic parliamentary facilities, office privacy, and use of designated parliamentary lands for shroomleaf and alcoholic beverages, including their cultivation, manufacture, and distribution; direct the construction of offices, dining, medical, cultural, recreational, agricultural, and supporting facilities; authorize landscaping, retaining walls, and outdoor design competitions; appropriate 125,000 SL and provide material support; amend the Civil Code; and provide for the expiration of the temporary development provisions on December 31st, 2026.
