Be it enacted by the Emperor’s most Excellent Imperial Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Article I,
Supreme Director of the CSS will be the highest role in the CSS and will give out orders directly from the emperor and chancellor.
Article II,
CSS Directorates are squads of 3 agents who work together to carry out orders
