Be it enacted by the Parliament of the Totemian Empire, duly assembled, with the assent of the Emperor, as follows:

<strong>Purpose and Scope</strong>

An Act to provide for the transfer of 1,500,000 SL from the Imperial Reserve Fund to the Central Payroll Fund.

## Chapter 1 - Payroll Allocation

<strong>Section 1: Transfer of Funds</strong>

The Ministry of Finance shall transfer 1,500,000 SL from the Imperial Reserve Fund to the Central Payroll Fund.
