# Establishment of Militias Act

Be it enacted by the Emperor’s most Excellent Imperial Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

### Chapter 1 - Definition

1. Militia: A group of armed people fighting on behalf of the state.

### Chapter 2 - Establishment

1. Small groups of 3 to 5 people can be created.

2. A militia leader will need to be appointed.

3. The militias work only for the state.

### Chapter 3 - Enforcement and Commencement

1. This act shall be enforced by Imperial authorities.

2. This act shall come into force upon imperial assent.
